Printed will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key or password, never DM you first, and never ask you to send funds to “fix” anything. Anyone who does is a scammer.
When you write, include your wallet address (never your recovery phrase) and, for a trade, its Solscan link. We usually reply within a few business days.
Delete your account
Delete your profile on the You tab, then email [email protected] from the address you sign in with (or include your wallet address) and we will remove the rest. Before you go, move your funds out or export your wallet from the Bag: Printed never holds your keys, so we can't recover a wallet once you lose access to it.
